REWERKS es un EP lleno de frenesí y adrenalina:
Un disco de 3 temas nacidos para la pista de baile, los dj sets y las fiestas de latin bass.
Lanzados a las redes como singles entre 2016 y 2018, fueron remezclados y remasterizados para ésta ocasión.
Si bien cada tema tiene su propia personalidad, en escencia fueron hechos de la misma manera: tomando una canción ya existente y armando la sección instrumental de cero tratando de llevar el espíritu de la canción hacia otras latitudes sonoras.
Tanto PON THE RIDDIM como GB VIP, devienen de nuestro EP Salimos Volando, editado en 2014. En el caso de GB VIP, se utilizó la acapella casi completa sobre un instrumental plagado de guiños al house, el dembow y el afrobeat. Y en PON THE RIDDIM, fue simplemente tomar dos samples de la voz para construir un twerk explosivo.
LAVATE LA BOCA es una versión de traducción libre y adaptación de Queen Speech 4, tema original de Lady Lesshur, la talentosa MC británica. La "vuelta de tuerca" fue llevarlo hacia el cha-cha-cha y así inaugurar un nuevo subgénero: el cha-cha-trap.

REWERKS is an EP full of frenzy and adrenaline:
A 3-track album born for the dance floor, DJs and Latin bass parties.
Released to the networks as singles between 2016 and 2018, they were remixed and remastered for this occasion.
Although each song has its own personality, in essence they were made in the same way: taking an existing song and putting together the instrumental section from scratch, trying to bring the spirit of the song to other sound latitudes.
Both PON THE RIDDIM and GB VIP come from our EP Salimos Volando, released in 2014. In the case of GB VIP, the almost complete acapella was used on an instrumental full of nods to house, dembow and afrobeat. And on PON THE RIDDIM, it was just taking two samples of the vocal to build an explosive twerk.
WASH YOUR MOUTH is a free translation version and adaptation of Queen Speech 4, an original song by Lady Lesshur, the talented British MC. The "turn of the screw" was to take him towards the cha-cha-cha and thus inaugurate a new subgenre: the cha-cha-trap.
